The main difference between plans is the number of active clients you can manage — 3 on Starter, 7 on Essentials, 30 on Growth, and unlimited on Leap. Higher plans also add multiple calendar connections, recurring session scheduling, custom branding, a whitelabelled portal, a custom domain, and more storage. Every plan includes the full suite of core coaching tools.
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Simply.Coach does not offer refunds for accounts cancelled mid-billing period, but you retain full access to your account until the end of that period.

Yes. Simply.Coach is SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR compliant — the only coaching management platform with this combination of certifications. Access to the platform is secured by a SHA 256-bit encryption with 2048-bit key-strength for data access. This means that all your data is encrypted the moment it leaves your computer and is securely uploaded to our servers. All network traffic is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Encryption for data at rest is automated using encrypted storage volumes.
