  • How much does Simply.Coach cost for coaching businesses?

    Simply.Coach’s business plans are priced per active coach per month — starting at $79/month on the CoCreate plan (billed annually). The three self-serve plans are CoCreate ($79), Surge ($159), and Optima ($289) per active coach. Enterprise pricing is available on request for businesses with more than 50 coaches. Annual billing saves up to 52% compared to monthly pricing. A free 14-day trial is available on all plans with no credit card required.

  • Simply.Coach charges based on the number of active coaches in a given billing period — not the total number of coaches on your account. If a coach is not actively delivering coaching in a given month, you are not charged for that seat. This makes Simply.Coach’s pricing model flexible for businesses with variable coaching capacity across the year.

  • The main differences between plans are the number of clients per coach, the level of administrative access, and the business management capabilities included. CoCreate supports 10 clients per coach with basic admin functionality. Surge adds whitelabelling, multiple calendar connections, recurring sessions, 2 program managers, and 5 HRBP/sponsor seats. Optima adds automated reporting, coach payouts, NPS tracking, coach matching, email whitelabelling, unlimited program managers and sponsors, and 50 clients per coach. Enterprise adds SSO, dedicated account management, co-branded client portals, and curated coach onboarding

  • Yes. Simply.Coach’s coach matching feature — available on Optima and above — lets program administrators match clients to the right coach based on specialisation, availability, and fit. This ensures consistent quality across your coaching team without manual coordination. An Internal Coach Finder is available from CoCreate onwards, allowing clients to browse and select coaches within your business.

  • Yes. Simply.Coach’s Optima plan and above includes coach payouts and accounts payable functionality — letting businesses track billable sessions per coach and manage payout calculations directly within the platform, without a separate payroll or billing tool.

  • Yes. A free 14-day trial is available on all business plans — no credit card required. This gives your team full access to explore the platform, onboard coaches, and test the features before committing.

  • Yes. You can cancel at any time. Simply.Coach does not offer refunds for accounts cancelled mid-billing period, but you retain full access to your account until the end of that period.

  • Yes. Simply.Coach is SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR compliant — the only coaching management platform with this combination of certifications. The Enterprise plan includes the SOC2 report, SSO + SAML for secure organisational access, and advanced migration support. Access to the platform is secured by a SHA 256-bit encryption with 2048-bit key-strength for data access. All network traffic is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Encryption for data at rest is automated using encrypted storage volumes.

  • Yes. From the Surge plan onwards, Simply.Coach supports a whitelabelled portal, custom domain with SSL, custom colours, and branded email templates — so your clients experience a fully branded coaching environment.

  • Yes. All sessions, documents, and conversations are fully encrypted and inaccessible to anyone other than the coach and the client — and only to the stakeholders and administrators you explicitly grant access to. Simply.Coach’s role-based access controls ensure that program managers, sponsors, and HR partners see only what’s appropriate for their role.

  • Simply.Coach is available in English, Spanish, French, and Dutch — including on the mobile app and across email notifications.

  • Yes. Clients access their dedicated workspace within Simply.Coach at no additional cost — it is included in your plan. Clients can access their workspace via web browser or the Simply.Coach iOS and Android app.
